Orders placed on our website that haven’t shipped yet can easily be canceled by contacting our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the order has already shipped, then we are unable to cancel it. By following the steps below, Kinsa will refund all eligible orders that are returned to us unopened within 30-days from the original date of purchase on the Kinsa website, and the customer is responsible for return freight.
However, all Kinsa website purchases made in connection with rewards websites or games are final, and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Kinsa does not accept returns of items purchased from third-party vendors. Please review the third-party sales agreement for that vendor's return or exchange policy and contact them directly.
If you’d like to return your unopened Kinsa order, follow the steps below:
- Contact your shipper of choice (note Kinsa is not responsible for lost shipments).
- Create a return to the following address:

- Return item(s) to us.
- Upon receipt and verification, we will immediately issue a refund for your order! (Please allow up to 5 business days after delivery to our facility for the refund to reflect on your account).
