If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order yourself.
Open the order confirmation email you received and click the pink View your order button. You will then be taken to your order's webpage. Click the Cancel button and your order will be cancelled automatically.
If the order has already shipped, we are sadly unable to cancel it. You can return your unopened thermometer within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping. For more details, please see kinsa.help/returns
