iOS App Stalls During Update

We have seen reports of iOS users having issues when updating the Kinsa app. They indicated that the app stalled during the update and were unable to complete the process.

We are unable to reproduce the problem, and upon investigation note multiple reports of this issue on Apple’s website, with many apps, not just ours. Links to these posts are here and here

Note that uninstalling Kinsa will delete all data in the app. We do not recommend this as your data will be lost unless you have backed it up. For tips on how to back up your app, see our KB article Backing Up the Kinsa App.
