“Lot number is out of range” error message

Some early versions of our Kinsa Smart Stick were released before newer generation smartphones.

As a result, they have limited compatibility and will need some troubleshooting.

Please check the lot number of your device. It appears as a 4 digit number starting with “1” on the back of the Stick (e.g. “LOT 1548”).

Then contact our support team at support@kinsahealth.com and provide the lot number so that we can help!
