How can we get a tax exemption approval?

If you are a tax exempt organization and wish to place a Kinsa order in our store, contact us as outlined below and we’ll be happy to assist!

You can:

  • From your organization’s email address, send your tax exemption certificate to support@kinsahealth.com, with the subject line reading “Request for tax exemption”.
  • Include which SKU(s) you’d like to order and quantities.
  • Include the appropriate name and ship-to address.

Our team will review the certification, and once approved email an invoice to you with your tax exempt status included.  Upon receipt you will simply need to enter your payment info.

Approved tax exemption credits are processed once a week (usually on Fridays).

NOTE:  We will not approve tax exemption for companies that are re-sellers of our product.
