What's the status of my order?

Even with shelter-in-place orders in effect in our hometown of San Francisco, our online store is open and we’re still actively shipping thermometers!  

  • If you ordered a thermometer before they sold out on March 18th 2020, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as it’s available. Orders typically ship from our warehouse 1-3 days after you order and arrive at your home 2-9 days after that. 
  • If you preordered your thermometer on or after March 19th 2020, we anticipate that it will ship in mid-to-late April. You’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking code as soon as it’s left our warehouse. Depending on your location, thermometers typically arrive within home 2-9 days after shipment. 

We sadly don’t offer expedited shipping, and only ship using the USPS. 

We are working as hard and as fast as we can to fill orders. To help our small company respond to our customers as quickly as possible, please do not contact Kinsa for updates on your order. You will automatically receive a USPS shipping number as soon as it's available.
