How do I change the shipping address on my order?

If you have already received a USPS tracking code for your order, it's unfortunately too late for us to change the shipping address.

But if you have not yet received a USPS tracking code for your order, please contact our Customer Happiness team. In your message to us, please include the following:

  • Your order number or the email address you used to place your order
  • The new shipping address, including the name, street address, city, and state.  

We are currently experiencing higher-than-usual ticket volume, but we'll endeavor to get back to you within 2 business days.
