We currently only offer (very fast, very thorough) support via email. With a team as tiny as ours, we found that offering support via phone led to long hold times and more frustration.
To mitigate that, we also keep our Help Center updated with the Kinsa community's most frequently-asked questions.
If you need help, here's what we suggest:
- Click the Get Help button in the lower right corner of your screen, or the Contact Us button at the top of this page.
- Search our Help Center for answers.
- If you don't find an answer to your question, scroll down past the Help Center and tap Contact Support. The question you already typed in will be sent to our team and we'll endeavor to respond to you within two business hours!
