We currently only offer (very fast, very thorough) support via email. With a team as tiny as ours, we found that offering support via phone led to long hold times and more frustration.
To mitigate that, we also keep our Help Center updated with the Kinsa community's most frequently-asked questions. If you're trying to reach us for help, here's what we suggest:
(1) If you don't have it open already, click the Get Help button in the lower right corner of your screen.
(2) Type your question to search our Help Center for answers.
- If you find an answer to your question, great! Select yes to indicate we've answered your question.
- If you don't find an answer to your question, we're here to help. Scroll down in the Get Help window and click Contact Support. Your question will auto-fill so you don't need to type it again. We'll endeavor to get back to you within 2 business hours!
