If you are unable to open the Kinsa app and are getting an error message saying “Uh-oh Session timed out”, please try the following to resolve the issue:
- If you are connected to a WiFi network, try turning off the WiFi connection so you are using your phone's cellular data plan. Poor WiFi connections can cause this error message.
- If you are using your phone's cellular data plan, try connecting to a good WiFi connection. If you are experiencing poor service from your cell service provider this can also cause the error message.
- Is your phone connected to a VPN? Please try turning off the VPN connection to see if this helps. The Kinsa app can work through a VPN, but sometimes a VPN can slow the connection down so much that it causes this time out error.
- If none of the above help, please try restarting your phone.
