Please don’t try this process unless you’ve been referred to it, as this is not the first troubleshooting step for many problems.
- Access the “Settings” menu of your Kinsa app through the ⚙️ icon on the home page.
- Tap on your paired thermometer. Note, your settings menu might look a little different than in this example.
- Tap on “Restore Thermometer”. Take screenshots of any messages it provides you with during the restore process, in order to relay them back to support as accurately as possible.
