I didn't get an order confirmation email for my free thermometer

When you have successfully joined your school's group, you will receive an email confirming that your free thermometer has been ordered. But if you didn't, follow these steps:

  1. Check your email and spam filters for the confirmation email. It's rare for Kinsa's emails to be caught by spam filters, but it can happen.
  2. Check that the email address on file is correct. If there's a typo in your email address, we won't be able to send the confirmation email address to you:
    • Open the Kinsa app > ⚙️  Settings > See the email address up top, under ACCOUNT
    • If the email is wrong, follow these steps: 
      1. Leave the school group
        1. Kinsa app > Settings > Tap the name of your school
        2. Clear the checkmarks so that all the circles are empty
        3. Tap DONE
        4. Tap Yes
      2. Fix the email
        1. Kinsa app > Settings > Under Account, tap your email address > Edit
        2. Fix the typo, type your password again, tap SAVE, then Confirm, then tap < Settings
      3. Rejoin the school group
        1. Tap Join My School group > Find your school
        2. Tap the circles next to the name of your students who attend the school
        3. Select their role and grade > SAVE > DONE > OK THANKS
      4. Check your email inbox
        1. You should now have a fresh order confirming in your email
        2. If not, tap the pink speech bubble button in the bottom right of this screen to contact Kinsa and tell us that you've followed these steps.
