My thermometer was shipped but I didn't get it. Where is it?

When you order a free Kinsa smart thermometer through your child's school, you won't be asked for your home mailing address. This is because your free thermometer won't be shipped to your home. Instead, all free thermometers are delivered to your child's school in batches.

Once your free thermometer is on the way to your school, you'll receive an email letting you know it shipped!  You'll also receive a notification in your Kinsa app!

If you received your email but it hasn't made its way home after a few days, please contact your school nurse or principal.

 

Once the batch of thermometers arrives on campus, the school nurse or principal will use their Kinsa School Portal tool to look up which families placed an order and should receive a free thermometer.

For each family who placed an order, the school nurse or principal will give one free thermometer to the oldest child at school. That oldest child will then bring the thermometer home with them in their school bag.

You will then receive an alert saying that your thermometer has been sent home. Make sure to check your kid's bag! But if you got the alert and it's not in your kid's bag, follow up with your school nurse or principal first. The shipment may have arrived at the school, but the school nurse or principal may not have had the chance to open up the package and give thermometers to students or teachers yet. 

As you know, school nurses and principals are incredibly busy. But it's also very important that you get the free thermometer you ordered.
