If there's been a change, and you are supporting a new school please reach out to our team to ensure your new school and your old school can continue in the FLUency program. Be sure to include the information requested below in your email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will take care of the rest.
If your new school is not participating in the FLUency program, but you would like to participate, include the following information in your email:
- The name and mailing address of each new school you are supporting
- # of enrolled students
- The name, city, and state of your old school(s).
- If available, please share the name and email address for the new FLUency Champion at your old school. (This should be a staff member responsible for managing the FLUency program).
Once we get the requested information we will remove your old school from your account and add your new school. Additionally, we'll send a School Portal Invitation to your colleague at your old school so the school community can continue FLUency and all of its benefits.
If your new school is participating in the FLUency program and you need access to the School Portal, please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The name and mailing address for the school(s) you will be supporting
That's it! We'll update your information and send an invitation for your School Portal to the email you shared. Simply, follow the instructions in the email to activate your School Portal account, then log in!
